As it was c section delivery so one should start take initiative to loose weight post 6 months till then your body and sitches would be healed
Also get your self checked once by a doc to rule out any problem at the site of stitches
Start with small walks and diet as to loose weight and specially belly fat u need to workout along with diet
Have small and frequent meals
Include more fiber rich foods in your diet like fruits , all green and fresh vegetables, oats, sprouts, daliya, quinoa
Have jeera and ajwain water empty stomach in morning
Have 3l of water everyday
Add more protein in every meal like paneer, daal, soya, sprouts, ragi, jowar, bajra
Go for small walk and yoga to begin with
Avoid using bakery products, chips, fried food and namkeen, white sugar and sweets and juices
