ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, water should not be given in the 5th month. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk contains about 90 percent water and fulfils the hydration needs of baby even during warm weather.
