#AskTheExpert #FitJ my 6 year old has a bit of a hair loss, like every day at the least 20 to 30 hair would fall while combing or while giving hair wash, is it anything of concern or is it normal? am asking this because my elder daughter during this age never lost any single hair until recently, so am worried.

if the hair are turning gray or if the hair loss is massive then it can be due to deficiency.
use mild shampoo for the baby and avoid using shampoo regularly even in summers.
massage the scalp with oil at least 3 times a week.
