Q.

#AskTheExpert #FitJ good morning maam.. my daughter is 3.6 yr old n her weight is 12 kg... kindly suggest how to maintain healthy weight... she is very choosy... it's very difficult to let her eat.

A. no worries just keep your trying best but please don't force feed your child. make food presentation attractive for example as your child doesn't like to eat banana ,try to offer it in different way ,I mean make something like flower shape from banana slices. it will help to encourage your child to take interest in them.

A. thank u ankita ji... she Don't like banana and milk... hardly have eggs... sometimes eat property.. sometimes she hardly eat 2 chapati in a whole day

A. hi it is common problem among kids so don't worry just keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture. for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child. give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child. add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet. give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
