#AskTheExpert facing irregular periods 1.6 years after child birth .. period cramps has also got severe .. what could be the reason

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, I would suggest to take 3 bottles course of Ashokarishta ayurvedic medicine for irregular periods and other cramps etc period related issues. This is ayurvedic and safe. I would suggest to please have it. This will surely help as it has helped me a lot.
