#asktheexpert exercises for 6months pregnant and I have inner thigh and outer thigh pains how to relieve from those pains please tell me ma'am

A. you should avoid exercising from this time. just have regular daily walking and you can use pillows under your legs while sleeping for 10 to 15 minutes which will help relieve the pain also avoid more of painkillers and instead do oil massage
