#AskTheExpert Even after 4 month of delivery I still have numb area over the C section area. Not sure what to do ? And I feel weakness if I do house chores . Should I still continue my Calcium and iron? Till now I am having them.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Hello, This is very common and normal. The numbness can be caused by the after effects of the epidural/spinal and also by nerve damage from where the belly was cut.
Although some women regain feeling around their c/section scar within 4-8 weeks of birth, the majority will never regain complete. take healthy diet n continue irin n calcium supplement
