A. include energy dense foods like banana, dryfruits , sheera add ghee , one spoon a day in total. have good physical activity. avoid screen time. also check for anemia, worms , vitamin deficiency if no improvement. ..

Hi mommy Give three meal and two snacks Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
