#asktheexpert during late evening milk supply is low I am giving 60ml of formula for one feed at night around 8pm.is it okay and how to increase milk supply I am already taking lactare tab having 3month old baby

There is no problem with formula feeling that you giving a lot of women no matter how hard it I cannot produce a sufficient amount feeding even after having supplements you are saying if you are unable to produce sufficient amount of feeling when you can continue with formula feeding only
