#AskTheExpert During birth my baby was 2.5kg after 10 days 2.3 kg and after 1 month she weighed 2.9kg. The weight gain is normal or the baby is not gaining weight properly

A. hello yes babies birth weight will initially reduce and then the baby starts Gaining and if the baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain and is an indication that the baby is getting sufficient milk and absolutely nothing to worry about
