#asktheexpert #Dr Priyanka kalra - it's been 3months ,after delivery , body pain still exist i eat everything ,good diet but still feel pains or sensation mainly pain in hand(palm area) nd ankle ,nd calf area of my legs .....

it takes time for some mothers
continue your calcium, iron, good diet
hydrate yourself well
check with doctor if vit d and b12 is required to take or not
