Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. a to z syp can be. Like give a good protein like soyabean or egg or paneer and aslo give vitamine in form of green leafy vegetable and fruit . Protein powder can be given after 2 y r of baby age mix in milk .

as per my opinion, if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need of extra medicines.
