#asktheexpert dr my son is always complaining about leg pain at night..checked his calcium vitamins all are fine..I do leg massage at night too..but still at might night he ask to press his legs for long time.please suggest if any supplement needs to b taken

A. hi sometimes too much physcial activities can cause this so please limit your child physical activities by the evening time. give sunlight atleast 20 mintues a day
