#AskTheExpert Dr.. M 31 yrs old.. After having 1 child my waight is increase.. Plz suggest me something to loose some Waugh.. Thank you

A. Hi, You should have control on your diet and exercise is the best option to reduce weight. You can visit an dietitian for the same as they are experts and will give good diet plan to follow. Drunk plenty of water to detoxify your body. Eat healthy and nutritious food. Avoid junk food.
