give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.
shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom definitely child should be healthy not chubby moreover if your baby is active and healthy and playful and having his food properly on the regular intervals and passing urine properly achieving all the milestones properly then there is nothing to worry about at all
