#asktheexpert does feeding fresh fruits cause cold for babies at month of 6??should we boil fruits and feed?

A. No it will not cause cold and it can be due to seasonal change and no need to boil fruits and give as by boiling the fruits loose it’s micronutrients and nutritional value
