#asktheexpert Does daily milk intake increase the chance of constipation in 3 years old ?

A. no relation with this. constipation or hard stools is common in babies . Change diet habits . Avoid junk food . Give fibre rich diet like green leafy vegetables, palak , cauliflower etc . And fruits like papaya apple etc . Give plenty of water and other fluids also . Can give laxatives post 2 years age only under a pediatrician guidance .

A. Hi parent no mam it is not true please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet I recommend you A2 Desi cow milk for your child
