#asktheexpert#doctor My kid who s just 3 yrs have 1 grey hair... if I give vitamin supplement will the hair turns black and no more grey hair will be seen... I just worried a lot... it's big shock for me!

A. hi it happens because of nutritional deficiency, excess usage of cosmetic, prolonged exposure to uv rays, pollution etc. so please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. keep your child well hydrated. avoid giving RO water. provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day. apply coconut or sarso oil on your child hair. wash your child's hair with mild shampoo. maintain good hygiene.
