#AskTheExpert doctor my daughter nihitha is 3 yr old, from 10 to 15 days she is facing hair loss problem, hair is shedding everyday, approximately 20 hair follicles are shedding everyday, we can't understand why it happens, plz explain doctor

This can be due to nutrient deficiency.
Give diet rich in protein and zinc to stop hair from falling. Massage ur baby hair with coconut oil. This will help to give strength to hair roots and prevent hair from falling.
Do not tie up hair too tightly as this can break hair. Use wide tooth comb to comb hair
