Look for any swelling or confirm if she has pain in that area. in that case its better to get an rt pcr test to check for covid.The normal symptoms for covid in kids are inflammation,rashes,eye conjunctivitis apart from the regular symptoms. If it's not any of these then just apply some Babyhug lotion for rashes or even lacto calamine in that area.
