#asktheexpert doctor, my baby 's first teeth is upper lateral incisor. why central teeth not coming. please reason. any problems?

A. Hi first milk teeth to erupt is usually a central incisor in either upper or lower jaw. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate eruption process of teeth.
