Q.

#asktheexpert "Doctor, my baby is 28 days old. On the 2nd day after birth, she was kept under phototherapy for 24 hours due to jaundice. Now her skin looks slightly pinkish. What can we do to help her skin tone become more fair or normal over time?"

A. The colour complexion of the child would be completely based on the genetics of the child so you cannot make it fair or anything and it’s a nature of the colour of the skin to change for 6 to 8 hours after that only you can be more certain what colour your child is going to take
