#AskTheExpert Doctor, kindly help me with Postnatal multi Vitamins to recover. I had my delivery in Dec 2020 post that no medicine or Multivitamins were prescribed. Also I am Breastfeeding my Baby. I am facing lot of hairfall along with weakness...pain in back n legs. Kindly help

A. Multivitamins. Breastfeeding mothers need to take some sort of daily multivitamin that contains 100 percent of the recommended dietary allowance (RDA). If you wish, you can continue to take your prenatal vitamin or mineral supplement – however, it contains much more iron than needed for breastfeeding.
