#AskTheExpert Doctor i have palpitations sometimes when I rest on bed at present I'm 6 months pregnant ..is there any issue bcoz of increased heart rate...

A. If in case you are sleeping on back then there are chances for palpitations so you should always sleep on one side either left or right whichever is comfortable for you and also try to have less quantity of food but more frequently so as to avoid chances of indigestion
