#AskTheExpert Doctor I am feeling lot of pain in my body since my delivery. It has been 6 months now but still I am suffering from body pain. What should I do as I was corona patient also.

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet. drink lots of water. have Sunbath every morning for half an hour

A. Hi dear mom Body pain is due to loss of nutrients from body after delivery. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Have fresh fruits juice, milk with dry fruits, green vegetables, seasonal fruits and vegetables etc. Get ur body massage done for few days. Take calcium supplements till u breast feed ur baby
