#AskTheExpert doctor, i am a working mother. My job is 10 am to 7 pm. After comibg back, can i directly feed my baby or I need to express some milk before feeding to my baby. As my mother in law says u need to express some milk before breastfeeding, as milk becomes stale ocerva period of time.

A. Hi mommy Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana Wash hands often before touching your baby Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding
