Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi...Dip a waste clean piece of cotton cloth in Castor oil and keep on rash... Put desi cotton chaddi Do this after every pee n poop... New piece of oiled cloth everytime. Keep him diaper free tonight... U be alert..Keep the oil cloth on rash. By morning he will be fine. Use ur old cotton duppata as waste cloth. Yes u may apply an ointment or Coconut oil on the cut so that it heals.
