#AskTheExpert Do we need to give domstal syrup if baby vomits entire feed once or twice in a day

A. Namaste Mom, Only if the doctor has prescribed so , because at times the vomit ia due to reflux action which is quite normal to occur in babies , but its daignoised with tummy issue then yes
