Q.

hi doctor my baby is doing vomitings regularly atleast once in a day, she is completely vomiting after feed. if I give her domstal syrup then she is not vomiting but if I don't give domstal syrup then again she is vomting. And also she is passing much gas. please suggest me what to do

A. hi, Most babies stop spitting up by6 to 12 months. Spit-up becomes a problem if your baby isn't gaining weight. Hold your baby in a fairly upright position when you feed him Burp your baby after each feeding

A. hi it happens because of gastrointestinal reflux. so , please feed your child on demand. make sure your child latches properly because sometimes due to fast feeding , gas is formed and child get this issue. make sure the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered well by your child mouth at feeding time. keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. burp your baby well after each feeding. but please don't overfeed your child
