A. Influenza vaccine or the flu vaccine is basically a vaccine which protects against different strains of flu viruses including swine Flu virus which causes symptoms specially in children because of less immunity. Though it is not a mandatory vaccine but it should be given to every child to protect against different flu infection which is very comfmon every year . this vaccine is given after 6 months of age and initially two doses are given one month apart then every year sfingle dose is required . It is not documented but still studies suggest that to some extent it may give partial protection against covid infection .

A. yes first year two doses of flu vaccine at six months and then seven.. and then repeat after one year every year.. speak to your pediatric regarding the vaccination also about 6-in-1 vaccination
