it is not compulsory. It depends on your body condition. if your gynaecologist has suggested then you can take else avoid it. Take natural food. Take foods and fruits in smaller meals try to take food once in every two hours in smaller quantity or whenever you feel hungry. And take adequate liquid like fruit juice, milkshakes, buttermilk and keep yourself hydrated. Always take home-made food which are best for yourself and your baby.Write Your Answer Here
