A. Hi yes babies can get their first milk teeth as early as 4-6 months.. signs of teething are swollen and hardened gums, raised body temperature, loose motions and loss of appetite.

A. good evening yes it is a possibility that the child has started with that process I would recommend you to make sure that you use a teether for your child and apart from that you must give calcium supplement to your baby
