A. Baby can have normal home cooked foods fresh ones add khichdi, dal, suji, cheela, daliya, whole wheat roti, veggie and seasonal fruits add 3 main meals and small snacks in between. .

A. hello..It is always advisable to offer a range of healthy foods which means you give variety and all food types...never give only one food type..like include proteins fats various vitamins....healthy options include fresh vegetables (all )and fruits, dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses , paneer) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken clear soup, eggs- I started at eight months as no family history of allergy), and whole-grain cereals and breads with roti n rice n ragi porridge or oats everyday...
