ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello! Try introducing different foods to your child, child's likes and dislikes are developed at this stage. Give your child small, frequent meals, which are home made and healthy too.
Here's a sample plan-
Rava kheer/ porridge with nuts powder
Banana
Palak paneer paratha + butter/ curd
Puffed rice bhadang
Dal khichdi
Milk

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, there is no particular diet for kids. Since baby is one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home. But make sure it is less spicy and cooked well. Give three meals and two snacks along with this include liquids like fresh fruit juice, Badam milk, milkshakes, buttermilk, coconut water. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses so that baby get all the nutrients.
