Q.

#asktheexpert Did 180 days is mandatory for breast feeding?? breast feeding alone cannot help a baby's growth as long as the months passed. so few suggested to give wheat or rice porridge ....is it advisable???

A. hello mum there is no doubt that there is nothing like mother's milk for the baby for the initial 6 months but if due to some reason or due to the lack of the milk it's not sufficient for the baby then in that case you can give formula milk to the child
