after 6 months of delivery you can start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
till that Walk walk and walk
don't use vehicle for short distance
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
maintain good hygiene
