#asktheexpert Dear madam, My elder daughter aged 7+ years, she is getting fat and she suffering from constipation. Please suggest diet and any other solutions for her. Thank you.

A. your child is having more weight. usually it is genetic and is related to more food intake and decreased physical activity.d meet dr for growth and physical assessment. increase the physical activity of the child. do not givde packet foods or any outside food containing preservatives. meet diet expert / nutritionist for diet modification.
