#asktheexpert Dear madam, My baby (Aryan) age is 1m 10days. He have small pimples on total body. Attached photo and consulted skin specialist she given *Caladoux lotion and *Sanosan body wash. Now he has fine 70% but skin is very dry and very rough Suggest me for best solution
