#AskTheExpert Dear Madam, After CS delivery of my Baby, there is lot of stretch mark of belly / abdomen, Request your advise to reduce the stretch mark. Delivery (CS) has done on 29th Nov 2021, but still there is lots of stretch mark. kindly advise.

you can apply aloe vera gel or Olive oil on affected area and give gentle massage for 15mins daily
please keep your self well hydrated with more liquid diet
