#asktheexpert Dear Dr., My kids 10 and 5 year old boys. They complain about leg/calf pains and can't Run. Both of them don't like Milk with Boost. please suggest. Also is there any test to find Vitamin Deficiency. Thank you, Suresh

RajeeMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. my daughter is 6 yrs old..she always says that having irritation in her ears n asks to clean her ears everytime. Is that good to use cotton ear buds to clean everyday.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. bgvcf. to improve proper immunity in the baby you had to give all the vaccines including optional one and give all seasonal fruits and vegetables for source of vitamins and minerals proper physical exercise
