#asktheexpert Dear Doctor, My daughter is 3&1/2 months old. She is not passing her stool regularly. is it a matter of concern? further I want to know about the height and weight of a healthy baby of her age.

We should be somewhere around 1750 g more than the birthweight of the child and constipation is totally normal at this age a child not necessarily pass motion on every day basis but if the child is taking all the feeds properly and urine output is good then there is no problem
