Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Black spots may indicate toith decay or cavities. So it would be best if u can consult with a pediatric dentist and follow his or her advice on this. Also make sure to brush the childs teeth twice a day, rinse after each meal and avoid sugary foods.
