Seasonal fruits
Paneer, cheese.
Eggs and non veg food.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Give top food 3 to 4 times a day and up to three fourth katori every time.
Continue to breastfeed.

all babies are different so they have their own specific sleep and feeding patterns.
so please feed your child on demand
you can offer semisolid food thrice in a day
you can offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, pulses, dairy products etc
but always prefer homemade healthy food
