A. in the first trimester you can take normal traditional foods you can include all seasonal fruits for source of energy vitamins and minerals even green leafy vegetables will be helpful for source of iron

A. There is no such daily food then you just have to eat it in the similar manner as your having it before you got pregnant just the only thing is if you were having too much spicy or junk food then you just have to and avoid that try to focus on always balance and fresh cooked home food
