A. Please give all home cooked meals. The consumption of milk and milk products should not exceed 500 ml in a day. Give whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts, curd, butter, cheese and paneer. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give one boiled egg per day. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables especially green leafy ones. Give lentils like moong Dal, masoor Dal and urad dal. Give chickpeas and green peas. Give potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give sooji upma, ragi, seviyan upma, curd rice, idli sambar, etc.
