can u pls suggest food chart and diet for 6 month old baby

Hello mom the baby can be given a mix of semi solids and liquid consistency foods you can alternate it with your feed as well , you can start with one thing at a time in small quantities first to check as to how well the baby accepts it and also for any allergy reaction if so .
