ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist2 years agoA. yes. you can use a grain size of cheerio and brush twice daily. use a pea size after the age of 3 years. visut a dentist once every 6 months .

The toothpaste is used to remove plaque, protect tooth enamel from attack by bacteria that cause dental cavities and remineralize the areas of the tooth that have been attacked by acids from bacteria.
