ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom you can skip as lonng as possible and if required it can be given but in small quantities only so say instead of sugar , jaggery can be used and lemon in some recipes for salt,

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. hello it would be better to avoid additional salt or sugar for babies upto a year a atleast as too much salt can effect baby kidney and additional sugar can lead to botulism in kids so it should be better to avoid it which should be better for the growth of the child also..
