#AskTheExpert can u suggest me diet as I m on breastfeed ... can I eat mango? please give me a complete chart or else I will contact u personally

U Didn’t mention as to when did you have your delivery how old your child is that you are breastfeeding the child also you didn’t say that you had a C-section or normal delivery so I’m really not very sure how to handle this query so I can only tell you that you didn’t eat all kind of foods there is no restriction to the fruits you can have a mango Alphonso and for a proper diet chart it would be advisable for you to consult a nutritionist
