advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from fruits.
when given in proper quantity caccording to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplements from this food only.
this will help in improving the weight height growth immunitcy and nutrition of the child.
weather any nutritional deficiency is there or not will de told by your doctor .

Include more probiotics like fresh curd and buttermilk in her diet.
please don't over feed or force feed her.
don't use demineralized water and packaged products in food
include seasonal fruits and soups in her diet.
